The COVID-19 outbreak has impacted everyone in some way. At CLOTHO NYC, we care deeply about the health and safety of our employees and customers and making sure that they are as safe as possible.

As a business, we have already created a work-from-home environment for our office employees and implemented elevated health standards in our warehouse.
Some of the elevated health standards in our warehouse include:

 

  • 4sqm space for staff
  • No-touch Parcel (gloves will be worn and items will remain in their plastic)
  • Hands will be regularly washed by our staff
  • The warehouse will be cleaned hourly
  • All new stock will be quarantined for 2 days

We are continuing to ship all orders without delay and process returns with a 2-day quarantine period to protect our staff. All domestic orders will be shipped and delivered without delay.

We ask that international customers please allow extra time for delivery during this time.

We will update our website if anything changes or if you should expect any delays.

Our customer care team are working their little butts off to get back to you as soon as possible. With our most recent sale plus the current climate, you may experience delays of up to 5 business days. If you are waiting for a response, we ask that you remain patient and refrain from sending a follow-up email as this will contribute to the backlog and your wait time will be extended.
